Subprocessors
Current as of: July 15, 2026
incogno uses the following subprocessors to provide the service. Each processes data only as needed for the purpose listed. We use business/API offerings and configure our AI and speech-to-text providers, where supported, not to use submitted content to train general-purpose models, and we verify each provider's data-handling terms before use. Content sent to AI and speech providers may be retained by them briefly under their own API retention policies (typically for abuse monitoring) before deletion — see each provider's policy via the links below. Transfers outside India/Singapore are covered by our agreements with each provider. For how we handle your data generally, see our Privacy Policy.

Location verification
For plans purchased at India-region pricing, incogno may verify usage location using an approximate country derived from the request IP address on our own edge server, using the locally hosted DB-IP Country Lite database. The lookup happens entirely on our infrastructure — no visitor IP addresses are sent to DB-IP — and no precise geolocation is collected. The same signal selects regional pricing before purchase. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
