Grievance Redressal

Effective: July 15, 2026 · Last updated: July 15, 2026

Two tracks, two timelines

Consumer complaints and privacy/data-rights requests follow different processes with different legal timelines. Pick the track that matches your issue — if you are unsure, write to support@incogno.ai and we will route it.

1. Consumer grievances (billing, service, unfair practice)

  • Where: grievance@incogno.ai — Consumer Grievance Officer: To be published. Phone: To be published.
  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours, with a ticket number you can use to track the complaint.
  • Resolution target: within one month of receipt.
  • Escalation: if you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 / consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the consumer commission having jurisdiction.

Include your account email, what happened, the payment reference for billing issues (Account → Billing → Payment history), and the outcome you are seeking.

2. Privacy and data-rights requests

  • Where: privacy@incogno.ai (Privacy Officer / DPO), or directly in the portal: Account → Export my data and Account → Delete account.
  • Identity verification: we may verify your identity before acting on a request.
  • Response target: within 30 days, or any shorter period applicable law requires.
  • Escalation: if unresolved, you may escalate to the supervisory authority applicable to you — in India, the Data Protection Board once the relevant DPDP provisions are in force; in the EEA/UK, your local data-protection authority.

The rights you can exercise (access, correction, deletion, export, consent withdrawal) are described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Record keeping

We keep a record of each grievance, its ticket number, and its resolution while your account exists, so you can refer back to prior complaints. This page, together with the Contact page, constitutes our published grievance-redressal mechanism.
